1. Backorder Item on Partlist process:
Current Process-
1-Plant people plan item on the work order partlist. Items planned on partlist get committed immediately against respective lots as per the availability. If an item planned on a work order part-list does not have quantity available it goes into backorder and is set as bold.
2-Material status is updated to 03. Pick list report is executed which sets the material status to 04 and intimation is sent to warehouse of the items requested on the workorder.
3- Warehouse users issue items which are available as per the pick list received. Material status becomes 20 for the issued line.
4- Procurement team executes the reorder report to get list of items that have no or less quantity and should be procured. Purchase order is raised on the items to be procured.
