is it possible to remove Golden Gate without using ggsci ?

We have cloned a database that had Golden Gate running. Now the cloned database is on another server with Golden Gate configured but no Golden Gate software installed.

Can we remove Golden Gate configuration from the clone without using ggsci, or do we have to install Golden Gate software to enable us to remove the rogue extract/replicat processes, etc?

The DB is 11g and GG is 12c.
