R3483 _ Populating 99 closed status work orders again

Hello All,

Even after setting MRP R3483 with clearing table records , it repopulates closed 99 status work orders in P3411. I believe, it is due to planning horizon days. Is there a way or any set-up which I am missing , to not to show 99 status work orders at P3411 after MRP regeneration ? Please do share your thoughts.
