Open in Excel inconsistent behavior

Hi All. Does anyone else have issue with the Open in Excel. I'm able to open up one form in excel when using Chrome, all other forms show the link but do nothing. With Edge & Firefox, I'm able to open up every other form, open one and it opens, the second one does nothing, the third time opens . With Firefox, I need to save the link first before opening it up.

For frame of reference Hyperion 11.2.2 on-premis , Excel 365 ProPlus, Chrome  88.0 & Edge 88.0 , Firefox 68.0. OS is windows 10 Pro.
