not able to correct history for a supplier

we went live with FSCM 9.2 PUM 34 on Dec 7.

Firefighter account was created for the instances where it made sense to correct history on supplier information. this functionality has been working fine up until Feb 17th. Users preferences are as they should be, correct history does not work for an elevated access account, there has been no security changes, no development migrated into PRD, no infrastructure changes. currently no explanation for the issue.

We have kept audit documentation so we can verify the functionality has been working and when it stopped. also revalidated that the updates prior to Feb 17th were still in PRD.
