Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. FDPSTP failed due to ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code:

we have upgraded our EBS 12.1 Database to DB Version 19.9 and converted the a pluggable Database

now we are hitting this error running Custom Concuurent program

this seems similar to

Using Dbms_scheduler Package For Running Executables On Unix Fails With ORA-27369 ( Doc ID 300552.1 )

however this runs from Database server with out issue

it only occurs when running from From application tier
