EM Express after Adobe Flash EOL

We have Oracle database 12.2.0.1 (running on an Oracle Database Appliance) and we use EM Express, which is Flash based.

After Flash EOL, what are our options to continue using the EM Express? We don't want to install and manage Enterprise Manager for managing just one database. Any other tools that we can use for diagnostics and tuning and other admin tasks?

We can't upgrade to 19c as yet.
