Transportation Document Print

Dear All,

I have question about document print setting up. I have checked the document which is explained document setup for transportation process below. As i see and quick setting up, i can run the documents by the batches which are already exist in the system.

Is not possible to run some batch which is not exist in the system by included this setting up? If i have some document like bank eft document that can not be printed in the system, how can i setup document? Can i attached and print it?
