Incorrect County in Oracle R12.1.3 for US for zip 46121 - Hendricks vs Putnam

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

We entered the home address of an US employee in Oracle R12.1.3 . The County is showing as Hendricks (1st Screenshot below) which is derived from the combination of City-State-Zip Code.

The employee says the County should be Putnam

When we search for the exact City-State-Zip Code in usps.com, we see Putnam (2nd screenshot below)

Do we know if Oracle is correct/incorrect and how this can be changed?

We have the latest quantum vertex version 4.3.8 with Feb 2021 update applied.
