How to move database target to new host target

Hi,

Running Enterprise Manager Could Control 12c (yay I know)....

Having physically moved a database (Not RAC) from one Linux host to another, how do I reassign the database target to the new host in EM?

Tried simply changing the hostname in the configure of the database itself. Test connection works, and it is monitoring the database. But, it is not associated with the host target....e.g. not listed as a related target.

Do I have to drop the database target on the old host and recreate a new one on the new host?

Seems clumsy
