OAF custom code migration from R12.2.5 to R12.2.9 causing iProc screen error

Hi there,

we had migrated the iProc screen OAF customisation and personalisation from R12.2.5 to R12.2.9.

We are currently in R12.2.9. While trying to create the requisition using iProc screen, we are ending up with following error.

The navigation we followed is:

iProc Responsibility => Shop: Stores => Items => Add to Cart => View Cart and Checkout

Upon clicking 'View Cart and Checkout' button, we are ending up with below error:

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 219 with java object of type java.lang.String due to java.sql.SQLException.
