ePerformance fluid - approval comments not saved

We're working on implementing PeopleTools 8.57 in HCM 9.2, image 36.

When a performance document is approved or denied using the classic approval page from the NavBar, the approver's comments are saved in the table ps_ep_appr_sta. When doing the exact same thing from the fluid approval page via the manager's approval tile, the approval comments are not saved in that table.

Are the comments saved somewhere else now? Or is this a known bug?
