HFM session is lost after 45 minutes of inactivity

Hello

We are using HFM 11.1.2.4.209

Users are complaining that after 35 - 45 minutes of inactivity, when they come back to HFM, they receive a message that the session has timeout : "Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active. Click ok to reload the page"


  • I don't understand why, do you have the same behavior in your HFM app ?
  • Workspace settings are correctly configured : SessionTimeout = 120 minutes
  • HFM settings too : :SessionManagerTimeoutInMS = 1 2 000 000
