how to configure and enble dhcp4.conf on x86 0n x4440 server

i have made t4-2 server ips repository as well as install server , to try and install m5000 server but its giving out an error 'time out BOOTP'.I am trying to make ORACLE x86 x4440 server dhcp by enabling dhcp4.conf
