How do l configure and enable dhcpd4.conf on x86 0n x4440

Want to install oracle solaris 11.3 ai on m5000 server , have made t4-2 as ips repository as well as install server , now trying to configure x4440 server to become the dhcp server by configuring dhcpd4.conf.
