I cannot open PDB on 19c - ORA-01658

in Database Administration (MOSC) 16 comments

Hi,

i have a 19,8 cdb with a production database on a pluggable database.

This morning the database was down because an Hot VM backup, put the database in BEGIN BACKUP and for same reasons the backup miss the END BACKUP. So i have made itit with "Alter database end backup."Now the database is in mounted. but i cannot open it , for this error:

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace SYSTEM

and i cannot add or resize datafile because Oracle response:
