Kits in Transportation

Is anyone using Kits in Transportation?

We have an issue that when we do 'Deliver Confirm', only the parent item status on the order is updated, and the components status remain unchanged.

I found in Doc ID 625652.1 that Kits are generally not supported in Transportation, but was just wondering if it has been resolved or someone has experience on this
