How to determine which Inventory Picking Rule was applied?

Is there a query to determine which Inventory Picking Rule was applied during Sales Order Pick Release process?

We are in a non-WMS environment. We are having issues where the Inventory Picking Rules are not being honored as we have set them up and we would like to know if the applied Inventory Picking Rule is stored in a table somewhere.
