Best way to find out CPU utilization in an ODA?

Hi all,

Do you use a particular command(s) to accurately display the actual CPU utilization in an ODA which has only a certain number of cores activated? This may be required for capacity planning purposes, e.g., to figure out if we can work with less number of cores. Or, do we need more cores because the current CPU utilization is very high?

One of our ODAs, X4-2 HA, has only 4 cores activated. "odacli describe-cpucore" shows as much. However, I believe commands like "mpstat -P ALL" display incorrect information. In our X4-2, it shows non-zero values in %user column for more than 4 cores.

Howdy, Stranger!
