OPatch is missing prerequisite patch which is already installed.

Platform: Windows 2012r2

Database Version: 12.2.0.1.0

OPatch Version: 12.2.0.1.23

Prerequisite Patch: 30150416

Patch to be installed: 30268021

I have been trying to installed patch 30268021, and have gotten the error that it is missing 30150416 as a prerequisite. I ran '$ opatch lsinventory', and can see 30150416 listed. To make certain I had not misread the inventory, I had tried to install 30150416, and get 'They are either subset of the patches in Oracle Home (or) subset of the patches in the given list: [ 30150416 ]'.

Would appreciate any help in getting 30268021 to install.
