JMS consumer Proxy service giving error while calling cloud url

we are getting the response from pipeline, but from proxy receiving error(<errorCode>OSB-380000</errorCode> <reason>General runtime error: java.lang.ClassCastException</reason>


Getting the response while calling from pipeline but getting the above error while service is called from queue.

Please let me know if any configurations needs to be done for this. We have the connections from our OSB server to the cloud endpoint.
