What would be the cause sudden database get slow performance after upgrade

Hi All,

In a few week we're going to upgrade database from 11.2.0.4 to 19c, after we finished upgrade i worried about performance database get slow, so to prevent this issue on the future.

I want to ask some suggestion what kind of cause that can make database get slow performance after upgrade, and how to dealing with this kind of issue ? is there any task to bring database performance back to normal ?
