Repayment of overpayments
Hi!
Could anyone share their handling of overpayment recovery ie
Employee overpaid £xxxx of salary over last 6 months and cannot repay in one pay period, therefore a repayment plan is set up of £xx per month until cleared.
Which elements do you use? Would you reverse the incorrect salary creating an overpayment amount, Net off the amount and set up a reducing loan?
