Not able to send email notification to multiple users for Hyperion financial reporting

HI All,

I have configured SMTP Server, and able to send email notification to one single user but when i tried to send the notification to multiple users using batch scheduler no one is receiving any notification mail ,the users are already existed in the native directory and have access to the application as well could you let me know what would be the issue
