Generate report of which pdb's use most resources in CDB

We would like to have a way of checking which pluggable databases use the most resources on a container database.

Let's say we have a container database on which 15 pluggable databases are located. We would like to have a clear summary of how much % of resources each pdb uses on a monthly or weekly basis. Is there a predefined report for this?

We do use Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c, maybe there is functionality available for this in there which we haven't found yet?
