Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a query regarding resetting automatic payment

I want to reset a payment with payment number'3' , is it possible that after reseting I can use the same payment number for any other transaction
