Pagelets unable to publish and causing other pagelets to disappear?

Is anyone else having issues with pagelets that are created by them disappearing? We are having trouble "publishing" pagelets. I have to click through an error multiple times it until it finally saves. By the time we are done, we notice other pagelets have disappeared from the home page. There is one in particular that just vanishes every time - and no one touches that one.


I should mention we are non-fluid. Fluid coming soon!


This started for us when we upgraded to 9.2 a few years ago.
