Fluid Delegation - My Delegates groups all by date

Hello, Community. We're on 9.2 implementing PUM 36. I'm currently testing Fluid Delegation and I found something interesting. If a manager delegates two different transactions to two different proxies as of the same date, they are grouped together in a single line in My Delegates. This forced the delegating manager to Revoke all or none. It doesn't happen if the delegations are set up to start on different dates.

The roles are separate for each transaction, so why is this? Is this by design?
