PS Expenses Security
We have Expense admins/business users (not ESS users)....and currently our business users - their user profiles have a primary permission list. This primary permission list controls which BUs they can look at. Now we have Expenses setup, our business users are able to look up any expense report. In orther words, the BU security setup with the primary permission list is not taking effect.
Example: User Jane has a primary permission list call BU2000....this permission list should allow her to only see employees expense reports in BU 2000.....using the page Travel&Expenses>Expense Report>View --- our user can see employees across allo of our BUs.
