12.2.6 US Payroll - Employee changes org and costing of element entry doesn't adjust
We have costing set up at the Organization and the Element Link levels (no costing set up by element entry or assignment). We've come across rare instances where the employee changes his assignment to a new org but the element entries are not touched. On the next payroll costing, a random element entry will use the old org's costing. If they end-date the element entry as of the prior pay period and then re-set it up, it pulls the correct costing on the next run. This last time, it was an element entry related to benefits,
