Error importing Pay Application

We are on Unifier Cloud and were recently upgraded to 21.2.

Prior to upgrade, we were able to import line items to the Payment Application ( we are not using summary Pay App),

After the upgrade, we started getting error "Short Description: Input required", created SR with Oracle and was quickly resolved as to add Short Description to the integration interface and make it editable.

With this we got rid of this error but the import will not bring the Unit cost and the quantity values from SOV. ( all these values are zero after the import).

While Oracle is looking at this issue, We are using a work around by adding the Unit cost and the quantity to the integration interface and making them editable even though it is risky as these values can be changed by the contractor while preparing the payment Application, thereby altering the content of the original contract.
