Create a local YUM-Repository for OL8 without ULN subscription

Hi,

we will have soon 4 Oracle Linux 8-Database-servers. They will have no access to the internet. Because that I install another Oracle Linux 8-Server for a local YUM-Repository.

I did the steps described here:

If I try to update a Linux 8-Server with dnf update I get the following:

[root@oeweb03 ~]# dnf update

Last metadata expiration check: 0:30:40 ago on Tue 02 Mar 2021 11:49:30 PM EST.

Error:

 Problem 1: package mesa-libxatracker-20.1.4-1.el8.x86_64 requires libLLVM-10.so()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

 - package mesa-libxatracker-20.1.4-1.el8.x86_64 requires libLLVM-10.so(LLVM_10)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
