Unable to get the claim option for Area of Responsibility approval hierarchy

Hi Team,

We have created the approval rule for area of responsibility in the approval hierarchy and some AOR mapped more than one employee but the approval is triggered sequence and the client expecting the claim option. Could you please let me know the claim option working for AOR ? or it’s applicable only for the application roles?
