Cannot Login to Weblogic 10.3.6 Admin console with Admin user and password even after resetting

While login ton weblogic console : The Admin user and password is getting refused. Also tried following steps to reset :

But still it is not working. Also verified boot.properties credentials using wlst.sh utility but authentication is still failing while logging to Admin console.


Is there any other workaround ?
