Migrating FDMEE from MSSQL repository to Oracle repository

Hi Team,

I need to migrate the FDMEE app from EPM 11.1.2.4 to EPM 11.2.x where the source running on MS sql and target is oracle 19c.

How can I migrate it? Can we migrate it directly (using Oracle SQL Developer tool)?

or required staging instance of epm 11.1.2.4 with oracle database. (first migrate to staging through LCM then export schema and migrate to epm 11.2.X)
