PTO Vacation Plan - Annual Grandfathering Adjustment

After a merger, we are rolling out a new PTO Vacation Plan X.

We have a group of employees who's years of service, under the current PTO Vacation Plan A, exceed the entitlement under the new plan. We do not want employees to lose any entitlement under the new plan.

Goal is to Grandfather the difference between the two plans. In some cases the amount will be allocated every year until their termination and in other cases only a few years until they hit the next accrual band.

We have a non-recurring element setup PTO Grandfathering Vac Adjustment, that can be linked to the new PTO Vacation Plan X, but the balance will need to be manually entered each leave year.
