TR Upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2, best method?

What is the best method to upgrade our system in stages? We want to upgrade DV for testing, and then PD. We have separate ent servers, but that is all that separates prod from non-prod. Also, we are running all Windows Server 2008 R2 with our current 9.1 tools release. I need to know what would be the recommended path to upgrade in this scenario. Thanks in advance!
