Hi All,

I am applying the January RU for windows. After applying the patch bundle, on running

datapatch -verbose , I am getting the below error:

Error: prereq checks failed!

verify_queryable_inventory returned ORA-20001: Latest xml inventory is not loaded into table

SQL> select dbms_sqlpatch.verify_queryable_inventory from dual;

VERIFY_QUERYABLE_INVENTORY

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ORA-20001: Latest xml inventory is not loaded into table

I have already tried the below steps but I am facing the same error.

alter system set "_enable_ptime_update_for_sys"=TRUE scope=both;

DB Version: 19.3
