Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Run Health Check fails for JAS and ENT instances in SM

Hi Friends,

The moment i click on Run Health Check button in SM for ENT or JAS instances it is getting failed ( showing NOT RUN for all parameters).

I tried Doc ID 2329656.1 but issue still exists. Can someone please suggest on this.

App Release : 9.2

TRs : 9.2.3.4
