What do companies do to accommodate flexible work options (ex: WFH & In Office)?

We are trying to determine what options are out there for accommodating various flexible work options. Example: work from home 3 days/week, work in the office 2 days/week.

We are interested to understand if other companies using Oracle have found successful ways to handle flexible work options in relation to taxation, time reporting, etc.
