Unable to create Super Administrator

Hi,

We are running Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.4 on Linux. It has been setup to use LDAP for authentication and authorisation (via external roles) as per the Oracle Doco.

Everything works fine except I can't make any users a "Super Administrator".

These are the steps I used:

a) Log into EM as SYSMAN

b) Setup -> Security -> Administrators

c) Select the user and click "Edit"

d) Tick "Super Administrator" and click "Next"

Error: "User <blah> not found in the external identity store (LDAP). Ensure the user exists in LDAP store".

However 100% the user exists in LDAP because I can log in with that user!
