Question on Barcode printing

We are on EBS R12.2.4 and our XML Publisher Version is 10.1.3.4.2

We have an existing report in which barcodes are printed for some of the fields. I now have a requirement to add barcode for one of the existing fields.

<?format-barcode:MOVE_ORDER_NUMBER;'code128a';'XMLPBarVendor'?> - This is the tag that is used in existing fields for which barcodes are currently displayed. When I give the same syntax, to the new field for which I need to display the barcode, I am getting barcode but the barcode reader is unable to scan it.

The circled field is the one for which I am trying to print barcode. As you can see, the other barcodes are wider than this one.
