Hi,


Can someone help clarify what does FND_SESSION_MANAGEMENT.sameLanguageRuleForAll API really do?

The description in Oracle 12.2.6 release notes say "Determines whether the same language rule is used for all levels. If no parameter or null is passed, then the current setting is returned."

What does all levels mean here?
