Ability to defined RDBMS_COMPATIBILITY value for cluster disk group during installation

I automate our grid/database installation by use of response files. In regards grid, the disk group via the response file that is defined is our cluster disk group. It allows me to define AU_SIZE but none of the compatibility options. This results in a disk group with a RDBMS_COMPATIBILITY value of 10.1.

Though not an issue - we want to align this value to our standard for all disks groups which is 11.1
