Change language of month names in BI Publisher 12.2.1.3 RTF reports

Hi there,

I have an issue with the language of the month names of date field defined in RTF reports. The field definition in Word is: 

DATE \@ "d. MMMM yyyy"

When I open the report in Word, the date is formated in German, for example 04. März 2021.

But when I generate the report with BI Publisher and open it, the format is switched to English, for example 04. March 2021.

The region in the BI Publisher is defined as German.

Has someone an idea how to fix this? Looks like that something is wrong with the locale.
