How to Convert an Oracle VM (.img) to Oracle KVM without using the VM Manager

Hello

We've got a number of VM Servers at different physical locations utilising locally attached storage (Raid Array) using the Oracle VM 3.4.2 software that are running guest VMs (mostly OEL7.1 and some Windows VMs). The VMs are started and stopped using the xm create, xm shutdown commands. We don't use the VM Manager.

My question is how do I convert the VM running under Oracle VM Server 3.4.2 to run on Oracle KVM 8.3?
