Can not find OMSPatcher 13.9.4.5

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 15 commentsAnswered ✓

Several documents discuss the requirement for including Doc ID 2646080.1. However when I went to download Patch 19999993, I only got OMSpatcher from SEP-2020 which is version .2.

I can not find the version anywhere. Please help me find it or tell me if its required.
