Requisition Duplication question

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Can a BU created in BU1 be duplicated to BU2 ? Shared services model not used. Its decentralized.

Req Preferences updated to BU2. When Req from BU1 being duplicated a warning box is displayed :

The new Req is created in BU1 only & the preferences get set back to BU1.

How can this functionality be achieved of duplicating/copying a Req from one BU to another ?
