Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)

Server: Oracle Cloud

DB: Autonomous Data Warehouse

Error: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)

I am getting above error when I try to SSH to Oracle Cloud Instance. I am using following comamnd:

 ssh -i \\C:\Users\abc\Downloads\public_key opc@ip address of the instance

I treid to follow the oracle doc (Doc ID 2713609.1)

It did not solve my problem, I am still getting the same error. Any help would be appreciated. If I am in the wrong Discussion board, you can move to the correct place. Oracle makes it very hard to fix or find any solutions.
