How to distribute EE/ER Pension (CAN) contributions based on employee FTE?
We are on HCM 9.2, tools 8.56 (soon to be 8.57) and image 24. We use base benefits and payroll for north america.
We have a requirement to deduct pension contributions based on an employees FTE. For example, employee works at .75 FTE. Pension is calculated based on the employee working 1.0 FTE. The employee pays 75% of the normal ee contribution, and the employer pays 100% of the normal er contribution PLUS the remaining 25% of what the ee would have normally paid.
Does anyone have any recommendations of how we would set up the deductions?
